The new a-frame cabins at Coopers Rock State Forest, located near the Raven Rock area of the forest, each feature two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, as well as dining and living areas. The unique aspect of these cabins is that each will feature skylights, ample floor to ceiling windows, private decks, making them ideal for dark-sky viewing. These cabins are the first dark sky viewing cabins in West Virginia and one of the best places on the east coast to see stars.
Check-in is at 4pm at 61 County Line Dr, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525. Your cabin reservation will be assigned a mailbox and 3-digit combination. The mailboxes are located at the far end of the main park office. Inside the mailbox is the Cabin Rental Agreement (please complete the form and place it back in the drop box), key to the cabin, and a welcome packet that includes directions to your cabin in the forest.
There is a 2-night minimum on cabins.
Written Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled at any time for a credit toward a future reservation equal to the total amount paid. Reservations cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival may request a refund for the amount of the deposit paid.

50% due at time of booking, and balance due within 14 days of arrival
