Summersville Lake State Park in Nicholas County is West Virginia's newest state park. Encompassing 177 acres, it overlooks the north shore of the beautiful Summersville Lake, the largest in WV. The lake offers over 60 miles of shoreline, making it a boating and water sports paradise. The park features hiking and biking trails, and day use picnic areas, with many more recreational activities to come.
Reservations cancelled at least Sixty (60) days prior to arrival may request a refund for the deposit paid. If canceled fifty nine (59) days to eight (8) days of arrival the paid deposit will be refunded as a customer credit for a future reservation. If a reservation is cancelled within seven (7) days of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.
